Actor Tsunenori Aoki Arrested for Forcible Indecency Against Woman

Police from Tokyo's Setagaya ward arrested actor Tsunenori Aoki on Thursday on the charge of forcible indecency causing injury, after he allegedly embraced a woman and lightly injured her. Aoki has admitted to the charge, stating in his deposition that he had performed the act while intoxicated.
Aoki had allegedly embraced a woman in her 30s from behind, and the victim allegedly sustained light injuries to the neck. The incident allegedly occurred at 1:00 a.m. on March 4 at the Taishido area in Tokyo's Setagaya ward.
The actor has appeared in such live-action films and television shows as Kamen Rider Gaim (Kamen Rider Duke/Ryōma Sengoku), Corpse Party: Book of Shadows (Yūya Kizami), and Garo: Yami o Terasu Mono (Aguri Kusugami). He has also appeared in such stage productions as The Prince of Tennis musicals (Keigo Atobe), and the Princess Knight musical (Blood). He is slated to reprise his role as Bancoran from the Patalliro! stage plays in the upcoming fall live-action film.
