Free Anime Screenings in Deptford August 21

The Deptford Cinema in Lewisham (directions) near Deptford Bridge tube station will hold a free anime screening on August 21, between 5 pm and 6.30 pm.
There will be an introduction before the screening by anime expert Helen McCarthy, and a Japanese 'Mini-Language Taster' which will some Japanese.

Kakurenbo: Hide and Seek (かくれんぼ)

This award-winning CG sci-fi horror anime is set in amongst the ruins of an abandoned old city, an eerie place where there is a game that only kids can play. This exciting clash of the titans is a fantastic CG animated homage to Japan's kaiju (monster) movie era!
