Love Live! Movie Song 'Angelic Angel' Previewed With Video

Music production company Lantis began streaming a preview video for the Love Live! The School Idol Movie song "Angelic Angel" on Monday. The song, performed by all nine members of μ's, will be available on July 1 on a CD with "Hello, Hoshi o Kazoete" (Hello, Count the Stars) by Rin (Riho Iida), Maki (Pile), and Hanayo (Yurika Kubo).
Other upcoming songs from the film will come out on CDs with two songs each.
July 8
- "SUNNY DAY SONG" by μ's
- "?←HEARTBEAT" by Eri (Yoshino Nanjō), Nozomi (Aina Kusuda), and Nico (Sora Tokui)
July 15
- "Bokutachi wa Hitotsu no Hikari" (We Are One Light) by μ's
- "Future style" by Honoka (Emi Nitta), Kotori (Aya Uchida), and Umi (Suzuko Mimori)
Lantis also began streaming another 90-second promotional video.
Love Live! The School Idol Movie opened in Japan on June 13, and earned 400 million yen (about US$3.24 million) on 121 screens in its first two days at the box office in Japan.
The film will screen in theaters outside of Japan starting in August. The film will screen in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei, and Indonesia.
Crunchyroll streamed both Love Live! television anime series as they aired in Japan, and NIS America has licensed both seasons for North American release.
